Users can rent PFP from other holders to participate in talk-to-earn.

• Earn Easily: The rental model aims to provide users with a low-barrier entry into earning.

• Rent: Rent is paid in $GAI. As a new user, you can purchase $GAI on the secondary market for rentals. The rental price is negotiated between the renter and the owner, adjusting dynamically with the market.

• Earnings Split: $SPK earned during the rental period is split as negotiated between both parties.

• Upgrades: Any upgrades made during the rental period will stay with the property.
